Why a new book on Bach Flower Remedies?
Many books have been written about the remedies. Many are amazing and offer a unique perspective, while some are just a rehash of what is already out there.
As some will know, I’ve already written a book (or rather half of one!) aimed at Empaths and what remedies will help. (Link in the featured section of this group.)
My intention for this book was to produce a book that attempts to be comprehensive and cover as much as possible. Something unique and based on my personal experiences and discoveries. A tome that would bring new information to the table.
I feel I have succeeded in my goal; however, after reaching over 500 pages, I realized I would need to double the size to include everything I knew!
While the book isn’t what I had hoped for due to practical limitations, I am confident that it’s unique in its perspective and will be a useful resource to all practitioners and users, new and old.
Content and Structure
This book divided into four parts with a robust index for the paper versions.
General Information
Part I describes how the remedies work and their uses. The information covers many frequently asked questions and provides examples where needed. I covered many topics.
Synergized Mixes
Part II gives a detailed description of each remedy. This includes case studies (based on my personal experiences where possible), affirmations, and suggested mixes for states of mind.
The mixes are designed to predict what other remedies will be needed to cope with the state of mind and based on synergies of what remedies work well together for a particular situation. Once again, covering every possible scenario would require a book that is way bigger than its current size.
Psychic Protection
Part III is a unique look into how the remedies can help protect against energy and psychic attacks.
It’s a topic few know much about, and while this subject may be disturbing for some, it’s also a frequent occurrence and a fact of life.
This is one of my areas of expertise, and understanding what is going on and how is key to protection and healing. Of course, Bach Flower Remedies are also suggested to help protect and restore. I would be surprised if most who read this will not relate to some of the situations I have written about.
This subject is what makes this book unique. I consider it essential reading.
Belief System
Part IV looks at tried and true ways of changing one’s belief system, as they are key to healing from the dark night of the soul.
This is not another “be positive” type spiel. They are techniques I have used all my life that have worked without fail.
They are designed to give an understanding of the process while warning against the potential pitfalls of manifesting. (Something that appears to be missing from the books I have read.)
New Information
This book brings new information to the table. It’s based on 30 years of personal experience in using the remedies on myself and others and all the insights and nuances I discovered along the way.
I believe that no matter who you are and what you know about the remedies, you will learn something new here.
